• Contact details you give us — name, email, business name, metro, specialty, mobile phone number, and anything you type into our forms or text to us.
• Account and business context — services, service area, tone preferences, offers, and other details you enter so our agents can work on your behalf.
• Operational data — reviews, messages, approvals, and agent activity generated while you use the service.
• Billing data — handled by our payment processor. We never store full card numbers.

To deliver the service: run your agents, draft and send messages you approve, send you approval requests and alerts by SMS or email, provide support, process payments, and improve reliability and quality. We do not sell your personal information.

Mobile information and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only to deliver the messages you opted into. We share numbers with our messaging carrier solely to transmit those messages; the carrier may not use them for any other purpose. Text STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Only with service providers who help us operate: cloud hosting and database, our AI model provider, our SMS carrier, and our payment processor. Each is bound to use the data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep account and operational data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs. You may request deletion at any time.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP or emailing us. Contact privacy@nav9.ai.

Data is encrypted in transit and stored with access controls that scope each business's data to its own account. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours protected.
